On the 29th October Rachel Conway attempted a Sponsored Capsize in order to raise money for her work experience trip to South Africa - Here is her report. 

Thank you for your generous donations to my work
experience cause. The sponsored event went very well.

I managed to complete the 1 hour of capsizes achieving
a number of 53.

This was extremely pleasing for me as I set my target
at 25!

I should be down at the club to collect some money
soon!
